many thoughts and reflection like water which pour out of what i've seen in the ward.firstly, i'm very impressed with my CI ee ling. she's strict to us but when we make a mistake she'll correct us.she stick with the rules and always thoughtful for the patient's sake. yes we all know that attachment is tiring and want to end off our work on time.
i admit when is time to go home, everything is pass to the next shift.
yes, selfish and self centered.so ashame of myself.
and luckily she sorta wake us up.think about putting yourself in the patient's shoes.
pain, poking tubes everywhere and sore pressure.
all we can do is to make them feel better before they leave..
everything have its rationale behind. dont be a brainless nurse but with knowledge.
i hope it stuck in my head!
not forgetting funny things and heart warming incident that seen in hospital.
oh well,we must emotional detach when back at home. we gotta learn.
being extraordinary is doing EXTRA and MORE.
